Easy Yogurt Bundt Cake

This recipe is the easiest, tastiest, most delicious simple cake. The tang from the yogurt and the oil, create a rich fluffy crumb. Best is all you need to measure the ingredients is the small pot of yogurt! That's easy enough right? No extra dirty dishes, just one bowl...yay! My daughters love making this cake because it is just so easy. They have memorised the recipe.

It is absolutely perfect to throw in the moment guests arrive as it only takes 30 minutes to bake.

If you want a lemon glaze just mix lemon juice with a little icing/powdered sugar until a smooth glossy glaze forms. Drizzle on cooled cake before serving. Recipe follows.

Enjoy xoxo
